As a first overview of the target country, this analysis shows you important indicators (source: www.worldbank.org) of the target country compared to the indicators of Switzerland. This helps you to assess the attractiveness of the target country compared to the situation in Switzerland.

The app supports the user to analyze the sourcing attractiveness of a country and the capability of a company to source internationally. The questionnaire will lead you through the weighting and evaluation of the following questions.

  • What is your overall on-site impression of the specific supplier? Is there reliable transparency (communication, production, processes, costs…)?
  • Is this a proven supplier with a referable reputation?
