Medical technology

It is predicted that the medical technology is going to have a superior development- and growth potential. Design and realization of micro systems for the medical technology (inter alia for intelligent operating instruments). Development and production of actuators and sensors for medical applications.

Optics and Photonics

Optics and Photonics are widely growing fields in modern technology. High-precision and optical sensors measuring contact-free are used in many areas. Specialization is in: interferometer, spectrometer, micro optics, optical systems and image processing, holographic processing.

Robotics

Study courses, draft, construction and programming of industrial- and mobile robots. Development and application of production- and assembling devices for the micro technology.

Sensor Technology

Sensor technology and digital signal processing are important fields in the modern and electronic industry. They have a key position in the automation technology, production technology, robotics, measurement engineering, control engineering and regulation technology.

Management

With the specialization Management the BUA-TI offers a complementary education for engineering students. Thus, the BUA-TI reacts to the trend for more services in the engineering field and thus hopes to target additional students, for whom the engineering education has been too one-sidedly technical.
