As micro engineers with a Bachelor diploma you apply your know-how in various fields: in medical technology, mechatronics, micro robotics, nanotechnology, automation, optics and sensor technology.
All study courses are structured in tutorials, which are called modules. The curriculum defines which modules are to be attended and which are optional. All in all, the study courses comprise 180 ECTS credits, which correspond to an expenditure of 5400 working hours in total, of which you study about 50% on your own. With the scheduled time of the studies an individual organization of your studies is given. Students aiming to finish the Bachelor graduation in a minimal time of 6 months choose the fulltime study form. The 10-semester cycle is, on the other hand, offered in a form, accommodating students with a part-time work. .
